On November 10, 2012, in Kuwait City, fireworks illuminate the sky close to the Kuwait Towers as part of the Gulf state's 50th anniversary of ratification. Kuwait celebrated the 15th anniversary of its constitution with an amazing fireworks show that cost $15 million and put the affluent Gulf state into the Guinness Book of World Records.
